ALICIA RODMAN

Alicia has a passion for helping people in all aspects of life, which lends easily to homebuyers/sellers, as there is typically a life-changing circumstance that leads them to purchase/sell a home. A self-identified type A plus personality, Alicia prides herself on accessibility and accountability.  She strives for complete transparency.  When people tell her how nice it must be to work for herself, her typical response is that she doesn't, because each and every client is her boss.  Despite her success, she has not lost site of the fact that she works for you, and that to continue with a business based on repeat/referral clients, she must continue to earn your trust long after the sale. Her hobbies are volunteering with the schools and the homeless, and she especially likes fundraising for charities. Alicia's professional accomplishments include receiving the MIRM, CSP and GRI, and E-PRO designations, as well as being the owner/designated broker of a successful real estate firm. Alicia is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and BCA Sales and Marketing Council.

This McCall girl has Bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Boise State University, and enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and reading, and exploring Boise's quaint neighborhoods.

Alicia is personally a real estate investor with short term and long term rentals with a sharp eye on return on investment. She mentors others on successfully managing their real estate assets with an emphasis on vacation rentals such as Airbnb and VRBO.

In addition to assisting her clients with buying and selling primary residences, she also has a passion for consulting on real estate investment strategies for retirement and wealth building.

Being a fourth-generation native of the Treasure Valley, Lindsey's roots and love of the area go deep. A graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Law and Administration, Lindsey decided that law was no longer for her. She was able to combine her passion to help people and the need for a detailed eye in real estate and new home sales in 2004. With over seven years of experience as a New Home Specialist and seven years of customer service prior, her client-first mentality is evident. You`ve heard the saying, “It takes a village?” Nothing is more true when it comes to purchasing or building a new home and is why she is ecstatic to be part of the Tresidio team.

A bit of trivia: Did you know that Lindsey holds a GREEN designation and is a member of the Grievance Committee of the Ada County Association of Realtors?

Greg and Laree Goodman have been Idaho realtors for the past 16 years. They are passionate about showcasing what the Treasure Valley has to offer.
